Terms And Conditions
- Our Packages are structured per person and is applicable to two individuals travelling together.
- Our Package rates are subjected to fluctuation and may vary from time to time.
- Package rates at the time of confirmation of booking are considered and valid.
- All packages are pertinent for individuals having with Indian Nationality only.
- Package quotes are open for changes in case of variation in the hotel cost, conveyance cost, forex changes and any revision in governmental rules like taxes etc.
- Check out from hotels depends upon the policies of hotel and based utterly on the basis of nights.
- Extended stay in the hotel beyond our package terms is not our responsibility and we are liable only for any written recommendation for stay outdo the duration of stay from our end.
- Cancellation policies and other norms regarding hotels, transportation, refund etc depends solely on the policies of Hotel/ company rules. In case of entrance fees to be paid for exploration is supposed to be paid by customers only and also hotels of same category is arranged in case of unavailability of prescribed hotel.
Payment policy:
- Customers are liable to bear any appraisals in air fares or taxes and are estimated as per rates at the time of booking.
- Payment shall be made thoroughly in accordance with the terms of package.
- The quantum of advance payment and outstanding payment are to be made and followed by customers as per formulated norms of packages.
Cancellation policy:
- In case of incapability of customers to avail any package and its services, intimation in writing is mandatory. Non refundable cancellation charges are imposed on customers and evaluated on the basis of package price person.
