" Dear Mr.Manish, First of all thanks for your cordial hospitality in the Tour...we enjoyed the beautiful places... But we are little disappointed about the approach of Driver Naresh... We observed that he was not familiar in some tourist spot in many places .... Moreover, he was reluctant to go to the shopping mall during the tour in different places which hurt us. He told us that you have an agreement with driver that how much will be paid to driver..... But as a foreigner we informed that we have a total contract/agreement with Mr.Manish & will settle the money matter with him... In the Last day of tour in Delhi on 25/june, he (Naresh) stopped the car in the middle of the journey & kept us aside of a road... Once settled the issue of Extra money (due to strike in High way), he started the journey again....... Last of all , WE REQUEST YOUR KIND CONCERN TO PROVIDE US A GOOD DRIVER FOR NEXT TRIP TO INDIA THAT WE CAN MAKE THE JOURNEY ENJOYABLE...."

"We had an amazing vacation in Himachal thanks to our agents. I contacted the company in February through email and after a few emails about us (family of 4 with active 6 and 12 year old boys) they planned an amazing trip. Our entire vacation was perfect and hassle free. I can't stress enough how everything we did was terrific and taken care of. There were no stresses for me about what we were doing, how we would get there, would we know where to go, when and where we would eat, how we would get back, etc. it was a true vacation for the parents and kids!!! Full of family time, great cultural experiences, lots of learning, and delicious meals. I'd also add that for the services provided (private everything, amazing tour guide, and very customized itinerary and schedule) the pricing was very reasonable. Again a completely stress free vacation re logistics and activities for the parents - so it was what a vacation should be - family time having new experiences together. After meeting us at the airport like friends and bringing us to our hotel our adventure began. We had amazing private tours of everything! In particular we loved hearing our guide explain all of the amazing cultural and historical aspects of everything we were seeing. It was an amazing trip and if we go to a place these agents cover in the future (Kerala or Goa) we will definitely use them again! They were awesome and the trip was terrific! We can't thank them enough for an amazing vacation!"

"Extremely unresponsive executives. We booked a trip to jim corbet and nainital, they informed us that day 2 will have a safari. One night before we found out the safari wasn't booked. They did not help us with the booking, rather gave excuses and finally said we didn't ask them to confirm, whereas they never told us we needed to confirm. Their email clearly talked about a safari trip. Also they book hotels which are unprofessional, dirty, unmaintained, calling them 3 star. The so called 3 star hotel had power problem, on calling up and giving feedback, they do absolutely nothing but keep you waiting saying they'll call in 10 mins. They never called and took care of complaints. Also itinerary wasn't shared with the driver who was taking us around. All in all they spoilt the holiday royally!"

It was really a best trip and unforgettable. We enjoyed the stay particularly in parvati wild abord.i felt very close to nature and the arrangements were very good. Ms Dimple was very kind to cross check and very concerned over our stay. thank you Dimple and Magical India Holidays for making my trip unforgettable. Thanks once again. In Maya Regency the stay was good food was very good but i felt the staffs behavior was little bit strange. they have no concern towards the guests accept one or two in the restaurant. We waited for morning tea for hours but .......the ambiance was good well maintained lawn ...but the welcome attitude was missing. Driver Mr. Suresh was very courteous and well mannered.."
